2 cups low or no fat cottage cheese
partial package spinach
6 lasagna noodles (one ounce each) Do NOT cook.
4 cups of Cat's All Purpose & Quick Tomato Sauce
4 ounces mozzarella cheese

Pan cook the sausage and ground turkey until done and browned. Set asideMix the cottage cheese and egg together. Set aside.Drain the spinach. Set aside.Do NOT cook the noodles.In a loaf pan put 1/2 cup sauce, break noodles to fit and cover sauce with 1.5 noodles. Cover noodles with 1/4 of the meat and 1/4 cup cottage cheese/egg. Put another 1.5 noodles on then 1/2 cup sauce,1/2 the spinach, then 1/4 of the meat and 1/4 cup cottage cheese/egg.Put on another 1.5 noodles then 1 cup sauce, 1/4 of the meat, the last of the spinach, 1/4 cup cottage cheese/egg.Add another 1.5 noodles then 1 cup sauce, the last of the meat.Top with 4 ounces mozzarella cheese.Cover with foil, put in 325 degree oven for 1.5 hours, remove foil to brown the cheese for just a few minutes.
