Here is how you make Kat's Lasagna:

Cook turkey in olive oil; season with herbs. Add in frozen spinach, 1/2 cup each parmesan and mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.In a 13 x 9 greased baking dish, spread 1 cup of sauce onto the bottom of the pan. layer 3.5 lasagna noodles, top with 1/2 of the turkey-spinach mixture and shake another cup to cup and a half of sauce on. Layer another layer of noodles, more sauce, the rest of the turkey mixture, 3.5 more noodles, more sauce, then 1/4 cup each of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
