Here is how you make Lasagna (PK):

Cook meats, with garlic, salt and sugar, add tomatoes, tomato paste and pepper, simmer for 90 minutes. Cook noodles and drain, in a 13 x 9" baking dish, pour some sauce, layer with 7 lasana noodles. Mix the cottage cheese with egg and pour half of mixture on noodles, top with 1/3 of sliced mozzarella, spoon 1 1/2 cups of sauce, sprinkle with parmessan cheese, repeat, ending with sauce and parmessan cheese.
