1. Preheat oven to 350F. In 6-quart pot boil water for noodles. Once boiling, place noodles in water till softened.2. In large skillet, brown ground turkey. Add seasoning packets, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Stir till heated through. Add spinach, mushrooms, and cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly.3. In greased 9x13 pan layer noodles, meat sauce, cheese.
