Here is how you make Michelles Lasagna:

Ground the turkey, add the 2 jars of sauce, let simmer 5 minutes. Mix the parmesian, ricotta and 2 eggs with 2/3rrd of the mozzarella cheese. Put 3/4 cup of sauce in a 9x13 baking dish that was sprayed with Pam. then lay noodles on bottom. Coat noodles with half the cheese mixture. Carefully put 1/2 the sauce on top. Repeat 1 more time and top with the remaining mozzarella. Freeze or Bake covered with tin foil, till done.
