2 large zucchini thinly sliced
1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz of mozzarella cheese
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg


How Do I Make Paleo lasagna?

Here is how you make Paleo lasagna:

Heat the olive oil. Saute the onions and mushrooms in the olive oil until browned. Add the ground turkey and salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and basil and saute until the turkey is fully cooked. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the egg. In a 9x13 pan, place a layer of thinly sliced zucchini, then a layer of the meat and onion mixture, 1/2 of the ricotta cheese, and some of the mozzarella cheese ending with a layer of spaghetti sauce. Make another layer again--zucchini, meat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce. Finish the lasagna with a layer of zucchini, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
