4 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 oz. grated parmasean cheese

Here is how you make Sharie's Lasagna:

Makes 8-10 servingsBrown turkey sausage in large skillet; add onion, peppers and zucchini and saute until soft. Add marinara sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer 15 mnutes. Let cool. Meanwhile, boil noodles until al dente. Mix cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese (reserving 1/4 cup) and spinach in bowl. Season well.To assemble:Put about 2/3 cup sauce in bottom of baking dish sprayed with non-stick; put in a layer of noodles, spread with cheese, top with 2/3 cup of sauce. Continue layering ending with sauce. Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella & parmasean cheeses.Bake covered in 350 deg. oven for about 1 hour.
