1-1/4 cup water
10 oz tomatoe sauce
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tbsp fresh oregano
2 -1/2 cup broken whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 Large Egg
1-1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese
1 cup part skim milk mozzarella cheese (sliced)

In a large skillet, brown turkey with onions and garlic.I transfer to a pot and add tomatoes, water, tomato sauce, mushrooms, basil, and oreganoBring to a boil.Stir in uncooked pasta. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. (stirring occasionally)Mix in the egg. Drop ricotta cheese by rounded tablespoons onto pasta mixture. Cover and cook for 5 minutes more. Best if left to settle for another 5 to 10 minutes.Plate 1 cup serving of lasagna and cover with a little less than 1oz sliced mozzarella and serve.
