Add the Worcestershire Sauce when its about half way done. when the turkey has no pink left in it, add the olives, tomato paste and tomatoes, and add any spices or wine that you like in your sauce at this time too. Cook it all together for about 20 minutes, or until it seems that the flavors have had time to mingle. Divide the spaghetti, about 2 oz portions, into plastic containers and then put an equal amount of sauce over each and sprinkle with the parm. Cover, label and freeze for lunches. Makes 6 good lunches for work.
