Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt, and red pepper flakes. In separate pot bring water to boil, add spaghetti and cook according to directions. Drain. In separate large saute pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, saute shrimp until just pink (don't overcook) add garlic just before shrimp is done (30 sec).
