Have the pot heating up while doing the next steps.Place in a separate pan with 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on medium heat: Chopped Onion, Chopped Carrots and Chopped Yellow Pepper. Cook until tender. Add 1 cup cooked Brussels Sprouts after they've been cut in half.
