Here is how you make Penne California:

Cut the chicken into bite sized, flat strips (rather than chunks: easier to cook and eat)Chop tomatoes and onions, and mince the garlicBring water in a pot to a boil. Add the penne noodles and bring to a boil, cook for approximately 7-11 minutes or until noodles are tender. While the pasta is cooking, in a large frying pan, cook the chicken strips (can use a bit of olive oil). When they are cooked through, add a bit more oil, the tomatoes, onions, and garlic to the pan. occasionaly mix together with a spoon until aromatic.Drain the water from the pasta, and add the noodles to the frying pan with the rest of the ingredients. Add more oil if necessary. When the ingredients are well mixed and yummy smelling, serve out the pasta into bowls. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to your own taste on top. Enjoy!
