*Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lb
*crumbled bacon, 6 tbsp
Tomato Sauce, .75 cup
Tomato Paste, .3 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, .67 cup, pieces or slices
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 5 oz
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .2 cup
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Black Olives, 2 ounces sliced


How Do I Make Loaded Pizza?

Here is how you make Loaded Pizza:

Pre-cook chopped bacon and sausage. Use 1/2 loaf of Rhodes bread dough and let rise. Punch down, flour and roll out as thin as possible. Place on pan dusted with cornmeal. Top with sauce/paste mixture, then meat and veggies. Put in 450 degree oven for 15-18 minutes or until cheese just starts to brown.
