Grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.*Saute onion and bell pepper in pan on med heat with liberal cooking spray(about 15 min until the onions look translucent)1)First layer: remove biscuits from container, and place them in the baking dish (one in each corner and one in the center) with your hands form the biscuits into one single layer of dough on the bottom.2)Add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, and evenly spread over the biscuit layer.
