Here is how you make Deb's Homemade Loaded Pizza:

For crust: soften 1 packet of yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Add 4 cups unbleached white flour, 2 T olive oil, and 1 cup warm water. Mix, using electric mixer with dough hook, or by hand using wooden spoon until dough comes together. Knead for ten minutes. Place in oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and set in warm place to rise. When dough has doubled, punch down and divide in half. Preheat oven to 400*. Freeze one half (or make 2 pizzas). Roll, pull, or toss remaining half of the dough into a 14-16 inch circle. Place on lightly greased pizza pan. Add sauce, followed by cheese, pepperoni, sausage (precooked and crumbled with fat drained off), and vegetables, thinly sliced. Bake in 400* oven for 20 minutes, or until crust is lightly golden.
