2oz sliced turkey pepperoni
green pepper slices
1/4 c shredded italian four-cheese blend

Preheat oven 400 degreesAfter cleaning mushrooms, brush with olive oilPlace on large nonstick baking sheet, hollow side up. Bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.Blot excess moisture from cavity with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Spread 1 T pizza sauce in cavity of each mushroom.Place turkey pepperoni, slice green peppers on each mushroom. Top with 1/4 c shredded cheese blend.
