2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
1/4-1/2 cup Pizza sauce
30 slices Turkey Pepperoni, or other preffered toppings

How Do I Make Pizza?

Here is how you make Pizza:

1. Mix together the yeast, water, and olive oil. Set it to the side for 5 minutes.2. Mix together the flour and salt, in a large bowl if preffered.3. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. You may need to use less or more water.4. Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 20 or until it rises, up to 2 days (or freeze for later after it has risen).5. Spray with the cooking spray a pizza pan or large baking sheet, or if making 2 smaller pizzas, use two pans.6. Knead the dough and then form into preffered style (round, rectangular, etc) onto the pan.7. Spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza.8. Sprinkle the cheese evenly onto the pizza.9. Place whatever type of items you want on your pizza.10.
