Add sugar to 110F temperature water and sprinkle yeast on top. Let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grease a mixing bowl.After 10 minutes, add oil and salt to liquid mixture. Next add whole wheat flour and white flour and mix with a mixer using a dough hook or knead dough by hand until it is smooth and elastic.Place in greased bowl and let rise, in a draft free area, until double in bulk (or about 1 hour).Punch down and separate into two pieces for two pizza doughs or leave as one dough for one pizza dough. Roll into a tight ball and let rise again, in a draft free place, for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until double in bulk.Using rolling pin, roll dough into a cirlce big enough to fit your greased pizza pan.
