Here is how you make Sneaky Ragu:

Saute the onions, carrots, and garlic in the olive oil until onions are translucent. Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce and reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for about an hour to meld flavors. In a separate pan, brown turkey, add the vegetable mixture. Add salt and pepper to your taste and serve. I personally lose the pasta and have this on its own in a bowl with a side side salad and some roasted zucchini.Make 6-8 servings.
