Here is how you make Brown Rice Pilaf:

Boil chicken broth and add 1 cup rice. Cook for 20 minutes. While cooking rice heat olive oil. Saute onion and mushroooms in olive oil until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Set aside. After rice has cooked add mushroom mixture and cook additional 20 minutes until liquid is gone.
