Here is how you make Salad Pizza:

Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 15" by 10" cookie sheet. Unroll pizza dough onto cookie sheet. Prebake for 5 minutes. While that is baking in a large bowl add all ingredients (except pizza sauce and cheese) mix together.Take dough out and add sauce put back in the oven for 6 to 10 minutes.
