Here is how you make Ricotta Salmon Wonton Dumplings:

Combine all ingrediants in to a food processor and blend until you get a creamy consistancy. Spoon 2 tsp full of filling in to a wonton wrapper and moisten edges and fold over and seal with a fork. Freeze wontons for about 15 mintues. Boil water and gently place wontons in boiling water and reduce head to med-high for 3-4 minutes.
