Here is how you make Light Shrimp Scampi:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray bottom of 9 X 13 cake pan with butter flavored, non fat cooking spray. Place shrimp on bottom in a single layer. Melt margarine with garlic powder in it then pour over shrimp. Add Italian seasoning blend. Bake about 15 - 20 minutes (until bubbling lightly). Remove from over, stir, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for about 10 minutes longer.
