Here is how you make My Slow Cooker Lasagna:

In nonstick skillet over medium high heat cook turkey, onion and garlic, breaking up meat as it cooks about 5 or 6 minutes. Add zucchini and mushrooms(optional). Cook about 2 minutes. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes (opt), simmer 5 minutes. Top with 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat with another layer and finish with remaining 1/3 of turkey mixture.Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Remove cover turn off heat.In a small bowl combine remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan chesse and sprinkle over lasagna.
