8 oz Acini Di Pepe pasta

Here is how you make Vegetarian Italian Vegetable Soup:

Cut garlic, onion, carrots, and celery in chopper or food processor. Preheat large pot, then add olive oil and butter. Once butter has melted, add all of the seasons and vegetable mixture. Once mixture is complete blended, and vegetables begin to soften and carmelize, add vegetable broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. While soup mixture is simmering, boil pasta according to instructions on package. Add frozen spinach, pasta, and water to soup and cook for remaining time or until vegetables are tender.
