In a large pot of boling water place chopped broccoli and pasta. Cook 6-8 minutes. Drain. In a large frying pan heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant. Add parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese and broth. Cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce is thickened. Add broccoli and cooked pasta and stir together. Makes 4 servings.
