Here is how you make Johnson's Italian Stir Fry:

(Pre-prep)Marinate 12 oz. of chicken breast in 8 Tablespoons of Italian Dressing for at least 4 hours.(Prep)Peel & slice 5 cups of zucchini and yellow squash (approx. 2 of each)Clean and chop 1/4 cup of Green Pepper (approx 1/2 pepper)Peel and chop 1/2 cup of onion (approx 1/2 an onion)(Cooking)(1) Prepare 6 oz. of tri-color rotini pasta per instructions on box (approx. 1/2 box).(2) In a deep 12" frying pan, pan fry onion and green pepper in 1 Tablespoon of olive oil for 5 minutes.(3) Add zucchini/yellow squash to pan and fry for an additional 5-7 minutes (until zucchini/yellow squash is softened but not squishy).(4) Remove vegetables from pan and pan sear 12 oz. of chicken in the remaining Italian marinade until chicken is browned (approx. 5 minutes).(5) Add vegetables, rotini, and 2-1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce to frying pan and bring to bubbling.(6) Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.(7) Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.Serve hot (makes approx. 4 2-cup servings).Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user 2JJOHNSON.
