Here is how you make Tomato Whole Wheat Fusilli:

First, chop your onion and mince your garlic finely. Set aside.Next, add water to a large pot and add a bit of olive oil. Cover and set the temperature to high.Meanwhile, to your second pot, add the rest of your olive oil. Set the temperature on medium and let the oil heat.
