Here is how you make Whole Wheat Calzone:

Mix all ingredients except the pizza dough.Cut dough into 4 sections. Roll out 2 sections of the dough and place on that has already been sprayed with PAM.Place 1/2 the mixture on each section.Roll out the other two sections of pizza dough and cover. Pinch edges to seal. Pierce the top of each calzone with a fork a few times.Beat an egg yolk and brush on top.Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Take out and turn to brown the other side for another 10 minutes.Take out and let sit for 5 minutes.
