Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown sausage (or hamburgery) with mushrooms. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer for at least 20 minutes if not longer.Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, thawed spinach, parsley, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Arrange 3 uncooked noodles on top of the sauce. cover with 1 cup of sauce, then add the 1/2 cheese mixture then add more sauce.Then repeat with another layer of noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, and sauce. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles and remaining sauce. Then the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and back an additional 15 minutes.
