Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and water and simmer. In separate bowl mix ricotta, 1 C mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and eggs. Layer 1 C. sauce, 3 uncooked noodles, cover with 1 C. sauce. Spread half cheese mixture over noodles, repeat and top with rest of shredded cheese.
