1.15 lbs ground pork
1 bag (12 oz) mixed California Vegetables (any brand is fine)
3 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp ground cayanne
1/2 tsp ground paprika
5 garlic cloves, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup water

8 cups water
1 box (13.5 oz) Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Spaghetti w/Veggies and Tomatoes:

Over medium/high heat, in a large pan, saute pork until almost cooked through. Add water, onion and garlic, cook until translucent. Add ground tomatoes, cayanne, paprika, fennel seeds. Continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes until done.In a separate pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add pasta. Cook until done. Drain water.Serve sauce over pasta or mix pasta and sauce and then serve.Makes eight (8) 1.5 cup servings.
