28 oz. tomatoes with liquid
2-4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup (6 oz.) mozarella cheese, part skim

Here is how you make Ziti:

Brown sirloin and onions in cooker. Drain. Add water, garlic, salt, seasonings and ziti, stiring well. Add tomatoes on top. DO NOT STIR AS IT CAN SETTLE TO THE BOTTOM AND SCORCH. Lock lid and bring to pressure (15 lbs.) Cook 5 minutes. Quick release using cold water. Stir in romano. Add half mozarella cheese and stir well. Add remaining cheese and cover with lid.
