3 cups corn flakes
1 tsp salt

Here is how you make Corn Flake Chicken Nuggets:

Cut chicken into 1 oz pieces.Beat egg whites in large bowl with about a tsp of salt free seasoning.Crush corn flakes, 1.5 c at a time in a larg zip lock bag and toss with 1/2 the salt and pepper.Toss chicken in with egg whites. Mix 1/2 the chicken with 1/2 the crushed corn flakes in the baggie, and shake to coat. Repeat with 2nd half. Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil spray and arrange the chicken pieces on the cookie sheet, and spray chicken also. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes - until chicken is cooked through.
