Melt the spread and the syrup in a sauce pan on a low heat until it is totally liquid.Then add the oats (and anything else you fancy lol) until the mixture covers it all equally.Then pour out into a medium size cake dish and bake for between 15-20 minutes on gas mark 5.(until in looks done)Take it out, and score the top into chocolate bar size portions while still warm.
