Add yogurt, banana and frozen fruit in that order. Blend - if it needs more liquid, add just enough water to get things moving. Dispense into 6 disposable cups 1/2 cup of the fruit mix. Add a fork in the cup and put in the freezer. When frozen, take out, push on the bottom of the cup until the "pop" comes out and enjoy!
