Here is how you make Omega Energy Oat Bars:

It's the easiest thing ever... mix up all the seeds and things in a big bowl. Simmer your dates until soft and blend (without the water) in a food chopper/processer with applesauce. Add to seed/oat/dried fruit mix and blend thoroughly. Pat onto a lined baking sheet and let cool (they'll be warm and soft from the hot dates). I cut them into 27-36 bars, but whatever size you want works. Makes 9 cups. n.b.
