Here is how you make Fruit Smoothie:

Add the 6oz Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt THEN the 1c Strawberries (or fruit of your choice) into your blender. Blend until fruit is smooth. Add your 3pkt Equal Sugar Substitue and about 6 ice cubes into your blender.
