How Do I Make Turkey Burgers?

Here is how you make Turkey Burgers:

In a large bowl, combine turkey meat, bread (toasted and crumbled), egg, soup mix and dry spices. mix well (we just use our hands), and seperate into patties (makes approx 10 patties, 1/2 inch thick by 2 inches wide). cook patties on grill for about 5 minutes. Sautee onions and mushrooms in small pan and add to burgers.
