Microwave the veggie bacon for 1 minute 30 seconds on a microwavable plate.Spread laughing cow wedge on bread, 1/2 of wedge on one side of each slice of bread.Assemble sandwich by putting sliced cheddar and torn "bacon" in between the two bread slices and putting the slices together. Spray the outside (plain part) of the top slice of bread with 5 butter sprays and place on medium-heated skillet (sprayed with nonstick spray), butter side down.
