How Do I Make Chimas Blue Cheese Mousse?

Here is how you make Chimas Blue Cheese Mousse:

Lightly oil nine 6oz cups or a 4 to 4.5C ring mold. Sprinkle the gelatin onto the warm water in a 2C microwave-proof cup. Nuke 1 to 1.5 min until it almost comes to a boil and the gelatin is dissolved. While the gelatin cools a bit, blend or process the blue cheese, parsley, and both milks until very smooth. Place in mixing bowl and whisk in the gelatin. Divide the mixture in cups or pour in ring mold. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours to overnight. Unmould onto lettuce leaf and garnish with tomatoes.
