In a large bowl add flour, sugar, bakinf powder and salt. Stir well. Add cheese, and onions. Stir lightly to mix. Add oil and milk and stir to mix into a sof ball, Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough or pat to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut out with floured cookie cutter (2 1/4 inch). Place in a ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 15 Min until bolden brown.
