Here is how you make Poppy Seed Chicken:

Cook Chicken until tender. When cool enough to handle, bone and skin the chicken, cut into bite size pieces and place in a mixing bowl. Add soup, sour cream, lemon juice and poppy seeds to mixture. Mix well. Transfer to medium sized baking pan, spread crackers and melted margarine over the top.
