Here is how you make Southwest Chicken Pitas:

1. Slice onions and red bell pepper2. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray3. Saute onions and peppers over medium-low heat until onions are clear and peppers are done4. Add uncooked chopped chicken breast5. Cook chicken with onions and peppers over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink. While cooking, add salt, pepper, cumin, and chipolte chili pepper.6. After chicken is done, add salsa and spinach and continue to cook over medium heat for another 3-5 minutes.7.
