Dice garlic (finely) and onion (medium slice) and then heat oil in a skillet. Saute onion and garlic until soft, then place in a bowl. Saute chicken until done. Return onion and garlic to pan and then pour in 1/2 cup of pasta sauce. Heat through. After rinsing mushroom cap, place on a cookie sheet. You may wish to spray sheet with cooking spray to keep from sticking. Top mushroom with chicken mixture, and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with italian seasoning, if you like. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes in over set at 375* until mushroom is soft, but still firm. Remove foil and let cook for an additional 5 minutes.
