1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp thyme

In one large pot, brown ground turkey. Drain any excess liquids. Add onions, mushrooms and all spices. Cook until onions are tender. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salsa and green peppers. Let simmer 5 minutes and add tomato paste. Let simmer futher 20 minutes.
