1 chili powder either homemade of store bought
1 can of black beans
1 can of stewed (whole or diced) tomatoes
1 onion
1 tsp of salt


How Do I Make E-Z Chili?

Here is how you make E-Z Chili:

In a skillet brown the ground turkey along with the bell peppers, salt, and onions. I use cooking spray instead of adding any extra oil (fat). Strain once cooked and place the mix into a medium pot. Add the beans (strain off the juice and rinse the beans this will remove some of the extra salt, note this is not required just what I like to do) add the vegetable juice and chilli powder.
