3/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro

Here is how you make Easy Quinoa and Black Beans:

In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil, saute onions and garlic until transluscent and/or lightly browned. Mix quinoa into the saucepan and cover with broth. Season with cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 min. Stir the corn into the saucepan, and continue to simmer about 5 min. until heated through.
