1 can of salmon, with juice(remove skin and bone) 213g

Here is how you make Easy Salmon Chowder:

Fry onion slowly in heavy Dutch oven until clear and soft. Add carrot, and water. Cover and simmer until tender. If you small diced your veggies this is very quick. Add potato soup, milk, salt and pepper. Stir. Remove skin and round bones from salmon. Flake. Add salmon and juice to Dutch oven. Heat slowly, stirring often, until steaming hot, but not boiling.
