Here is how you make Mighty Mushrooms:

Soak the dried mushrooms for 20 mins in just enough hot water to cover. Then drain and gently squeeze to remove excess moisture.In saucepan, heat oil and add onions and mushrooms, including the soaked mushrooms. Stir well, cover and cook gently for 5 mins.Stir in the garlic, coriander and seasoning.
